At Lane Woods, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty includes the following:

  • Defects in Materials and Workmanship: If your jewelry shows any signs of manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
  • Stone Securement: We guarantee that all stones will be securely set. If a stone falls out due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the jewelryfree of charge. Make sure the stone is not missing.
  • Metals and Finishes: We will repair any issues related to the integrity of the metal or finish, such as premature tarnishing or discoloration resulting from manufacturing defects. This usually would happen in the first few weeks of wear.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, dents, prong wear, and signs of general wear that occur with regular use.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents, including but not limited to, exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, bend, or physical trauma.
  • Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover lost (including stone) or stolen items.
  • Alterations: Any modifications or repairs performed by athird party will void this warranty.
  • Silver jewelry fade / tarnishing: Silver jewelry has a layer of plating and may experience fading or tarnishing over time with regular wear. This is a natural process and not a defect in manufacturing or quality. To help preserve the appearance of yoursilver jewelry, we offer free replating within one year from the date of you receiving it. After one year, a paid replating service is available at a cost of $30 per piece. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for replating.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]
  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation).
  • Describe the issue with your jewelry and include any supporting photosor videos if possible.
  • Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to send your jewelry for inspection and repair.

Warranty Duration

This Lifetime Warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the jewelry and is non-transferable. It remains in effect for as long as you own the jewelry.

    Other Tips

    1) Measure your finger in warm temperatures at the end of the day.

    2) If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, measure both the base of your finger and your knuckle and select a size between the two.

    3) When considering a wide band, move up a size from your measurement, for comfort’s sake.
