Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Lanewoods, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Cancellation
Cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order: Free to cancel.
Cancellation after 6 hours of placing the order: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied.
Customized item according to customer’s requirement: Cancellation is not accepted.
Return & Exchange
General returns and exchanges: A 35% fee will be applied.
Engraved items: Returns or exchanges are acceptable with a 35% fee plus an additional $20 charge to remove the custom engraving.
Customized item according to customer’s requirement: Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Additional Conditions:
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- For returns that are not due to quality issues, all received items must be returned in their original condition, no wearing, no alteration, without affecting the resale value.
- Any promotional gift received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in a condition suitable for resale.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
3. Any product customized according to customer’s requirements cannot be returned.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please Note: Return or Exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer and we will reimburse the customer $10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
Self Service Return & Exchange Instructions
Step 1: Initiate your return
Contact our after-service person to get the authorization.
Step 2: Pack & Ship the item(s)
Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and email address. Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.
Step 3: Wait for return succefully confirmation email
We will send you an confirmation email when we received the goods, and will proceed it within 2 business days.
Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products because each piece is made to order. Once any of our solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.
