Delivery Time= Handmade Processing Time + Shipping Time
Most of our products are made-to-order, so the time from placing an order to delivery varies depending on the product. Standard orders are usually produced within 7 days, while special orders, such as those for K-gold items, take about 2 weeks. All orders are shipped via FedEx, but in areas where FedEx doesn’t deliver, we use standard shipping services. Once your order is completed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Some orders may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date if they are ready ahead of schedule.

Remote Area Shipping Policy
While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, certain logistical limitations prevent us from delivering to some remote areas. Currently, we are unable to ship to the following remote areas:
United States: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands

We accept online orders to shipping addresses internationally, except for some places that can’t be reached by some reasons . To ensure the secure delivery of your order, please make sure your address is true and effective, and check your address before you pay the order.

Please note that our default shipping method is FedEx. However, if FedEx delivery services are not available in your area, we will resort to standard shipping methods for your order.
Please note that the shipping times we provide are just estimates from our courier services. We can’t be responsible for any delays once your order is on its way, as some factors are beyond our control. But rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience if delays occur.
Currently, we’re unable to process transactions in North Korea, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, and Iran.
