Shipping Policy
Delivery Time= Handmade Processing Time + Shipping Time
All of our products are made-to-order, so the time from placing an order to delivery varies depending on the product. Standard orders are usually produced 10-14 Business Days , while special orders such as customized changes take more time accordingly. Most orders are shipped via DHL/FedEx and usually take 3-7 days to reach your shipping address; but in areas where DHL/FedEx doesn’t deliver, we use standard shipping services will may take longer time. Once your order is completed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Some orders may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date if they are ready ahead of schedule.

Our choice of carrier for your specific order will depend on the shipping destination and the service options available for that location.
Remote Area Shipping Policy
While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, certain logistical limitations prevent us from delivering to some remote areas. Currently, we are unable to ship to the following remote areas:
United States: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Please note that this list may be updated over time as we expand our shipping capabilities or face new logistical challenges.
Shipping Time
We accept online orders to shipping addresses internationally, except for some places that can’t be reached by some reasons . To ensure the secure delivery of your order, please make sure your address is true and effective, and check your address before you pay the order.
Note: Your shipping address should be a physical address. We do not accept delivery addresses that are only PO Box, Army Post Office, or Fleet Post Office.

Please note that our default shipping method is DHL/FedEx. However, if DHL/FedEx delivery services are not available in your area, we will resort to standard shipping methods for your order.
Please note that the shipping times we provide are just estimates from our courier services. We can’t be responsible for any delays once your order is on its way, as some factors are beyond our control. But rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience if delays occur.
Currently, we’re unable to process transactions in North Korea, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, and Iran.
Duty and Taxes
Orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes, and you are responsible for these fees. Please note that LANEWOODS does NOT have any control over custom duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. When LANEWOODS provides free shipping, carriers will not charge you any shipping fee. If carriers charge you when delivering, it’s not the shipping cost but the custom duties and taxes that they have paid for you when doing customs clearance during the shipping process; you will be responsible to pay these fees. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery
We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, USPS and Yunexpress for secure delivery. DHL & FedEx require in-person signature; USPS & Yunexpress have no adult signature requirement. For signature-free DHL/FedEx orders, we are not liable for potential package loss.
